PADI Divemaster Course

Scuba divers look up to divemasters because they are leaders who mentor and motivate others. As a divemaster, you not only get to dive a lot, but also experience the joy of seeing others have as much fun diving as you do.

 

The Hamden Scuba PADI Divemaster course is your first level of professional training. Working closely with your Hamden Scuba Course Director and the Instructional staff, you’ll fine-tune your dive skills, like perfecting the effortless hover, and refine your rescue skills so you anticipate and easily solve common problems. You’ll gain dive knowledge, management and supervision abilities so you become a role model to divers everywhere. 

 

The Hamden Scuba PADI Divemaster program is offered in three ways:

1. We off the program as a stand alone course. The standalone course is conducted over 4 full days of training, knowledge development, refining of skills and skills development.

2. We offer an Executive version of the course targeted at working adults that don't have the flexibility to commit to a 4 day program. Through the use of eLeanring, the course may be completed in 3 full days.

3. We offer the program on an ongoing apprenticeship basis where you acquire your skills and knowledge over a more extended time period and participate as a Divemaster in Training

 

As part of the program you will also be trained as an EFR Instructor and a PADI Equiepment Specialist.
